What this means for your family

While the facility has undergone recent cosmetic renovations and hosts engaging activities, the recurring reports of severe neglect and hygiene issues are deeply concerning. We strongly advise you to perform unannounced visits at different times of the day—especially on weekends—to verify the actual quality of care and responsiveness of the staff before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff is amazing. The food is atrocious, the food a lot of the times looks like it's been ate once before.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The memory care unit at this facility is quite literally a hell hole. They stick it in the basement of the facility and walking into it is like walking into a dungeon.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Each time I visited, he was left unattended, often sitting in his own feces. He was left naked on multiple occasions, despite us bringing clean clothes.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆
