What this means for your family

This facility offers a strong physical therapy program that has helped many residents regain mobility. However, families should be aware of recurring reports regarding slow response times and inconsistent care. We strongly recommend visiting in person and asking specifically how the facility ensures timely assistance for residents who cannot call for help independently.

Key Review Excerpts

The only rehab I will go to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean with mini fridge and own shower in room.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

Ten days into her stay, they were still leaving the call button, food, and walker across the room. She was recovering from hip surgery…she couldn’t freely walk to go get those things. They didn’t seem to care.

Granddaughter of resident · 2024★★☆☆☆

My dad is at Aspire now for rehab after a heart attack and heart surgery. I hope I can get him out of this awful place. We have had to bathe him and bring towels and rags from home. Beg for clean sheets to put on his bed that we make up ourselves.
