I visit there monthly. And it’s a brand new building with a social day care on the 2nd floor the residents. The place is very clean and has NO ODOR ( urine odor usually smacks you in the face when visiting adult homes in NYC). This one is very pleasant. The staff is very dedicated to care and well being of the residents. They really care.
