What this means for your family

While the facility is physically beautiful and offers excellent therapy services, the recurring reports of slow response times to call bells and hygiene neglect are serious red flags. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a plan for frequent, in-person visits to monitor your loved one's care, as communication from the nursing staff can be inconsistent.

Key Review Excerpts

The only negative I have to say is they take a little longer than I like with answering the call bell when she rings for help. Other than that they are right on task.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The second night my mother was there, she called me and said she rang her call light 21 times to get help to go to the bathroom and no one was helping her!

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The facility is beautiful but lacks caring nursing and patient care techs. My grandfather was there for rehabilitation... after 3 weeks and 4 falls later there he left in worse shape than when he arrived.

11deficiencies
Well above state avg (7.3)
4 complaint-triggered

This facility shows a concerning pattern of deficiencies across resident rights, care planning, and medication management areas, with families filing at least three complaint-triggered reports. Most recent issues from April 2024 involved multiple resident rights violations and care planning problems, while medication management has been a recurring problem since 2020. Though the facility reports correcting deficiencies, the repeated patterns suggest ongoing quality concerns families should carefully consider.
