What this means for your family

While the admissions team and physical therapy department are frequently praised for their helpfulness and effectiveness, the facility has a recurring pattern of complaints regarding nursing responsiveness and basic hygiene. When touring, we strongly recommend asking for a specific plan on how call lights are monitored during night shifts and how the facility ensures timely assistance with personal care.

Key Review Excerpts

Jennifer is incredible! She has gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible. She listened to all of our concerns and did everything possible to help.

Family member of resident · 2026★★★★★

My mother in law was admitted here for 13 days. In that time, she only had rehab a couple of times, she only had one bath, and had terrible response to her call light. She was left for hours soaked in urine with no response to her call light.

Family member of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nurses that dealt with daddy are very professional and also very personable. They care about what they do. They understand the importance of this stage of life for the patient and for the family.
