Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team is the best around, the nursing staff is caring and compassionate, and the management staff is always willing go above and beyond.

Family member · 2021★★★★★

Sadly, she only declined while in this facility's care. At one point she had to go to the hospital due to a severe kidney infection. The hospital doctors said she got this infection due to unsanitary conditions and repeatedly being given medications on an empty stomach.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

They Never bring the food that we request for mom and sometimes it tastes bad like spoiled and needs to be thrown out!!

This facility shows a concerning pattern with families filing multiple complaints about abuse/neglect protection and medication management, recurring as recently as late 2025. The facility struggles with three main areas: protecting residents from abuse and neglect, medication safety, and care planning. While all cited deficiencies show correction dates, the persistent nature of serious issues like abuse protection failures and the frequency of family complaints (9 out of 33 total deficiencies) suggest ongoing care quality challenges that warrant careful consideration.
