They lost her teeth! They lost her hearing aids TWICE! They lost her glasses for two weeks. A couple of her personal blankets and some clothing disappeared. Huge staffing turnover!

We witnessed neglect and lack of personal help on numerous occasions. Clothes were not changed for a couple days. Showers and swelling machine wasn’t completed for the first two weeks.
