What this means for your family

While the therapy department receives some praise, the overwhelming number of reports regarding chronic understaffing and neglect makes this facility a high-risk choice. If you are considering this location, you must conduct an unannounced visit during off-hours to observe response times to call lights and the actual cleanliness of the living areas.

Key Review Excerpts

1 Cna for 40 plus residents is absolutely ridiculous and my mother and I were there from 8 am to 8 on luckily to take care of my grandma.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Care is minimal at best. Rooms are small. Ceiling tiles are dirty broken toilet seat. Have had issues with one of the staff. No AC in rooms unless a window unit is installed . Food is never served on time.

Industry professional · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother is getting PT after surgery from a broken hip - the therapists are wonderful the nursing staff not at all. They lie to you on the phone about the patient and turn their cell phone off.
