What this means for your family

This facility has a history of significant complaints regarding basic hygiene, call light response times, and medical oversight. While some families report positive experiences with specific staff members, the recurring reports of neglect and communication failures are serious red flags. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere or, if you must consider this facility, conducting an unannounced visit during a weekend or evening shift to observe staffing levels firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom was here three days and was sent to hospital on third day bc her sugar was 20 and unresponsive. This happened at 530 am. They informed me after 8 am.

Daughter of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

The staff is neglectful of patient’s medical needs as well as basic care, such as bathing and nutrition. For example it is common, if not daily practice, to give residents with diabetes, corn and potatoes.

Visitor · 2019☆☆☆☆

They took their ever loving time to get that started and they didn’t answer call lights for crap.
