Key Review Excerpts
“After 22 days in Wynhoven she went home. I wish I had everyone’s name in the Physical Therapy department to thank them. She would call everyday after therapy and tell me what a great work out she had.”
“On numerous occasions, one of us would push the help button and no one shows up after waiting 15 to 30 minutes when I would go to nursing station requesting help. This is not good service when family is putting out $9000. a month.”
“My grandmother is here and when family visited, they seen crumbs all around the bed and bugs behind the bed. We see other families are having similar issues.”
