Key Review Excerpts

After 22 days in Wynhoven she went home. I wish I had everyone’s name in the Physical Therapy department to thank them. She would call everyday after therapy and tell me what a great work out she had.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

On numerous occasions, one of us would push the help button and no one shows up after waiting 15 to 30 minutes when I would go to nursing station requesting help. This is not good service when family is putting out $9000. a month.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

My grandmother is here and when family visited, they seen crumbs all around the bed and bugs behind the bed. We see other families are having similar issues.

This facility has accumulated 20 deficiencies across recent surveys, with families filing five complaints that triggered investigations.
