Key Review Excerpts
“I was recently a patient at this location in Starke Fl. I recently had my right leg amputated and was admitted to learn how to live every day life with this change. I will say that I had previously been a patient and was not impressed however I was met with a case manager and was advised there had been many changes and I will say there has.”
“Father resided here for about two Months, transfer from another facility. Long story short, not hearing from anyone for those two months and no one would talk to us because POA papers (the ones they assumed we didn’t know what they were) were never transferred over.”
“Windsor is not a very large nursing/rehab facility therefore the relationships between staff and residents can be more personal. My review is mixed. At times my parent received excellent care and sometimes not fast enough. It's the nature of the beast when there's not enough staff.”
