Key Review Excerpts

The staff is exceptional, proficient and caring.

Long-term care family member · 2026★★★★★

The D.O.N and his team has been amazing in resolving client complaints. He initiated a training session just to correct a mistake that occurred and my loved one Miss Alice Lawrence whom l am advocating for felt happy and now can call Brentwood 2 a home.

Resident advocate · 2025★★★★★

My mother was in building 4, do NOT put your family member in there unless you can be there everyday making sure they are doing their jobs. They don’t answer when you push the call button, they never did therapy until I started complaining and then she had a sore on her bottom and it got so bad because they weren’t cleaning her good that it got infected.
