What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with individual staff members and the therapy team, the facility struggles significantly with administrative communication and phone responsiveness. We strongly recommend visiting in person to verify current cleanliness standards and asking for a direct point of contact for medical updates to avoid the communication gaps noted by recent families.

Key Review Excerpts

The building is clean and without odor, free from pests/rodents/bugs, improved staffing ratios and improved care to loved ones.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★

If you can’t visit your family member all the time and need to speak to someone on the phone about your loved one, forget it. They will keep you on hold forever where you have to call back and still you can’t get a hold of the person you need to talk to.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

My mom had a brief 6 day stay and we saw the dr only one time for about 10 minutes the day she arrived. I was assured, by Dr. Hermance, that either he or his PA make rounds M,T,TH&F. After waiting all day M and T with a no show dr, I left several messages with staff for Dr Hermance to call me, as i had specific questions. He did not call.
