The facility failed to maintain hot water temperatures within the required range of 100 to 116 degrees Fahrenheit. Observations of six out of nine resident bathroom sinks revealed temperatures exceeding the 116-degree maximum, with some reaching as high as 122.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
