“The last four months my mother in law was at the Vintage Inn were not good. Staff seemed not to care. My mother in law developed several bed sores. Staff was recording weight incorrectly. Two staff members told us she wasn’t being taken care of and we needed to move her. Things were fine the first year but changed drastically afterwards.”

“Worst home ever don’t put your family here. They will be neglected. Place needs to be shut down. Bed bugs all over facility mice and rats over running the place.”
