Maintenance staff were responsible for weekly cleaning, but the residue had not been addressed.

Specifically, Resident #8 was administered only one 81mg aspirin tablet instead of the ordered two tablets, and a discrepancy was found between the pharmacy-dispensed supply and the documented administrations.

Specifically, during a morning medication pass, staff failed to administer aspirin and potassium chloride as ordered for 2 of 5 observed residents. For Resident #8, the medication aide administered only one 81mg aspirin tablet instead of the prescribed two tablets.
