“When I first moved here, I was nursing a bad hip and was having trouble getting myself and my stuff out of my car in the parking lot. A kitchen worker saw through a window that I was struggling and ran out to help me. That display of caring and kindness has proven to be a hallmark of this facility that I now call home.”
“My mother has been in assisted living and now skilled nursing at Westminster Palms for almost two years. She has made many good friends. Among them are many of the staff. They have been caring and proficient.”
“Update 10/2/2025: Still no response from company after months of outreach, unless you count there expedited response to the google post here. Not even a blanket email response from the Executive Director. Just avoided phone calls and emails.”
