The facility underwent a 1-year annual inspection and was found to be in compliance across all inspected areas. Specific areas reviewed included Infection Control, Physical Plant & Environment Safety, Food Service, and Resident Records. No deficiencies were cited during this review.

The annual inspection found one deficiency related to personnel screening. Specifically, the facility failed to ensure that all staff members had completed the required criminal record clearance. The facility was otherwise noted to have adequate procedures in areas like infection control, physical plant safety, and food service.

The facility underwent a required 1-year annual visit on April 10, 2024. The Licensing Program Analyst conducted a tour and met with the Administrator. The report indicates that the visit was incomplete, and the analyst planned to return at a later date to finish the assessment.

The facility underwent an unannounced Annual/Required visit. The inspection noted that the physical plant, common areas, kitchen, and resident rooms were all clean, safe, and sanitary. No deficiencies were cited during the review of resident files, staff records, or general facility operations.
