Key Review Excerpts

We were not prepared and everyone made a huge effort to make sure she was comfortable and cared as she suffers from dementia. The showed amazing understanding and patience and I will always be grateful for the time she spent with them.

Dementia resident's family · 2018★★★★★

We are truly blessed by the super attentive staff, both administrative and caregivers alike! It is so apparent that they are there not because it's a job, but because they really care about the quality of life for our seniors.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

There are a couple of super hard working people there but not enough to cover for those lazy ones who don't care at all for the residents and their wellbeing. My mum has been scalded with hot water, has had UTI non stop for the past few months, is showered once a month if she is lucky and is fed greasy, processed nutritionally empty food.
