What this means for your family
While the facility is physically beautiful and offers strong short-term rehabilitation therapy, the recurring reports of hygiene neglect and poor communication are serious red flags. If you choose this facility, we strongly advise frequent, unannounced visits and maintaining a very active role in your loved one's daily care to ensure their basic needs are met.

Key Review Excerpts
“My mother was sent here from Brandon Hospital(I should have taken that as a bad sign). My mom was here for about 3 months. The first month was ok, we got to know her nurses and CNA’s and everything was going ok. One weekend she had a different nurse and when I went to visit around noon my mom was showing signs of a possible seizure with blood in her mouth.”
“The nursing staff was very kind and caring. The CNAs are very busy, but did their job well & with a smile. The nurses informed me of any changes to my mom’s health, tests ordered & results. Nurse Ki’Aysa was outstanding & communicated with my mom, me & my sisters on a regular basis.”
“My husband was in this place for rehab after heart surgery. His roommate was on dialysis. And he did not have an advocate. He was ignored and regularly had accidents because he was only given the medication when it was too late to help his diarrhea. Then he was left to sit in it for hours before a CNA came in to belittle him for having soiled himself.”
