What this means for your family

While the facility has a dedicated rehab team that has helped many residents recover, the recent trend of reviews indicates significant lapses in communication and medical oversight. Families should be prepared to be highly involved in their loved one's daily care and should verify that they have a direct, reliable line of communication with nursing staff, as phone responsiveness is a recurring issue.

Rehab patient's child · 2024★★★★★

My grandfather was left unconscious here in a wheel chair until my grandma came to visit and realized he was unconscious and had to be taken to the hospital. None of the staff know how he even got in the wheel chair. That level of neglect is stunning.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Carolyn White from the business office used her expertise and extra time to find VA benefits to cover the cost of care at the center. She was so compassionate and went the extra mile.
