Key Review Excerpts

The only good thing as I see it is that the physical therapy staff is attentive, as far as the rest the staff sucks!!

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

The office lady's are very much bullies. They bullied my mom into changing insurance with the threat of self pay or my dad being kicked out.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★☆☆☆

In the amount of time that my mother was in this facility, she was left alone more than she was checked on. She was not given appropriate showers. There are times when she was yelled at when she needed help with simple things.
