Recent reviews indicate a concerning decline in standards since the facility rebranded to Trenton Gardens. Families should be extremely cautious and perform an in-person, unannounced tour to verify cleanliness and staffing ratios, particularly if the resident requires memory care or assistance with daily living activities.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurses gave me the wrong medication 3x confusing a benzodiapapine for a blood thinner. The patients who aren't all there mentally are not separated from the ones who are.

Rehab patient · 2024☆☆☆☆
