Key Review Excerpts

CNA's are very caring of residents. Lights are answered in a timely manner. The management are in a process of improving things.

Family member · 2025★★★★

I have a family member there in rehab for several weeks. I am in another state and cannot visit, but I have tried to call repeatedly and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE TELEPHONE because staff is unavailable!

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The CNA"s for the most part are nice and answer call lights in a timely manner except for most of the night shift which can take as long as 45 minutes.
