What this means for your family

While the facility is noted for effective short-term rehabilitation, the recurring reports of neglect and communication failures are significant red flags. If you choose this facility, maintain a very high level of daily involvement in your loved one's care and ensure you have direct contact information for nursing leadership to bypass general phone lines.

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to feedback online; how do you use that family input to improve daily operations and communication with us?

Key Review Excerpts

The CNA’s don’t stay because they see the treatment in don’t have the heart to stay, my brother is currently still in the facility I have to say because it not a nursing home the pt is on their own. He has been over medicated twice was hospitalized.

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

It's hard to get them to come check on you ,there was only one nice nurse (Lucy) that cared great for her and checked on her always and would do the cna's work.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The therapy department worked very hard with him and he was able to discharge home . Would recommend this facility to others.
