Key Review Excerpts

The dysfunction begins at admission and does not let up until discharge. Wrong medication, meals without acknowledgement to dietary needs, largely oblivious staff, questionable facilities and administration that appears to only be concerned with insurance payment.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The PT/OT team were excellent. They all provided excellent care for my father. Someone came in daily to clean his room, toilets, sweep his floors, etc. There was no lapse in care, and he received all medications he needed as well as bathing/cleaning routines.

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★★★

My mother was left sitting in her own feces for over an hour! That is unexcussable!eldercare is so important! Feces left on the skin causes breakdowns!
