Key Review Excerpts

My mom has been here for 3 years and we are so blessed to be a part of the Heritage family!! The staff are so loving and caring to residents and families. The facility is always clean and the food is terrific!

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★

They have not been giving my grandmother all of her medication and what they do give her its HOURS after it was due. We had a camera set up in her room and they left her all evening and part of the morning in the bed left unattended and laying in a dirty soiled diaper and day clothes.

Resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The Executive Director is also a nurse...which is a huge selling point for me!
