“Everyone has been so warm and welcoming upon my mom’s recent move to The Hearth at Greenpoint. Skip, Shania and maintenance personnel have bent over backwards to help my mom iron out all her concerns.”
“My mother lived here for a little over two months. In that timeframe, they messed up her medication NUMEROUS times, they did not return phone calls, they left fecal matter on my mother (as seen by hospital ER departmemt) and robbed her of her dignity.”
“Their patients keep escaping in the night and disturbing the neighborhood. I only post this because it’s a real tragedy when an elderly man with dementia is locked outside in 38 degree weather in his underwear screaming for help for hours and no staff comes to their aid.”
