What this means for your family

While the facility offers strong rehabilitation and memory care services, the recent, severe allegations regarding patient treatment and billing are deeply concerning. We strongly recommend that families conduct an in-person tour, specifically inspecting the condition of the bathrooms and fixtures, and request a clear explanation of their billing and patient property policies before admission.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff and administration were wonderful. I had extensive PT and OT...which greatly helped with my recovery. My only complaints were in the food quality and the actual building and fixtures.
