Key Review Excerpts

Their patient to clinical staff ratio is currently 1:18. I am not kidding. Two nursing assistants are responsible for 36 patients on a floor, and my family was unapologetically told this today, by the team themselves.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My Brother went there from sunny view Rehab, he was so neglected, this place is criminally understaffed. There were 35 patients or more for 1 CNA and 1 Nurse. Never saw a Dr. While he was there. He ended up dying while in their care!

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My Mom stayed for 100 days and her care was top notch in my opinion and I would recommend CNR HOOSICK FALLS to anyone whose family member needs compassionate care and professional support for their loved ones.
