Key Review Excerpts

The building might not be brand new, but the staff was wonderful to my father during his stay. Marshianna Vickers was always attentive to him and she always responded to my text and calls, for even the smallest of questions.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The staff made my mom's wish to go to Disney come true! Since she can't go there, they brought Disney to her. She really believed she was there!

Resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My mom was in the Terrace Rehab for 3 weeks. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Thankfully I was able to come every day to check on her. I helped her with her bathing and shower since the staff here at the facility stated that residents/patients were offered baths every 3 days.

Highly dependent on how each facility screens and codes depressive symptoms, so it varies widely between facilities.

This facility shows a pattern of recurring issues across multiple care areas, with families filing complaints about resident rights and staffing transparency. The most frequent problems involve treatment and care delivery, medical records management, and medication labeling, with these issues appearing repeatedly across surveys from 2022 to 2024. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the persistence of similar problems suggests ongoing challenges with consistent quality oversight.
