Key Review Excerpts

The staff were always friendly and they the seemed like they actually cared, it was not just a job for them. The food was great, and the layout was perfect with everything within a circle so my Mom couldn't get lost.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

The staff at Storypoint Portage are kind and professional. They have taken excellent care of my dad as he goes through the stages of dementia. We have been to several memory care facilities and this by far is the absolute best!

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

I'm not sure what is going on here, but since it opened the service and menu options have declined and the prices have skyrocketed... The chef is rude and unprofessional. He won't speak to my mom since the meeting. A few more times dinner hasn't been delivered to my mom.
