Stone Crest Senior Living receives highly polarized feedback, with many long-term families praising the compassionate staff and welcoming atmosphere, while others raise serious concerns regarding hygiene, staffing levels, and management transparency. Recent reviews from late 2025 and early 2026 highlight a significant divide, with some visitors commending the community environment and others reporting critical issues like pest infestations and poor food quality. Families should conduct a thorough, in-person tour and ask direct questions about recent facility maintenance and staffing ratios.
