Key Review Excerpts

My dad, a veteran, was here for both short term rehab and long term care. Both were excellent and we were very impressed with staff attentiveness, the joyful atmosphere, and the energy staff puts into their work.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

My mother was treated poorly and when needing help to go to the bathroom it would be 30 min to an hour before anyone would come help her. She has fallen trying to get to the bathroom, she got Covid while in there and also has pneumonia and is currently in the hospital!

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

We’ve been there a week now and I am so thankful for this group of men and women. They truly care about their patients. The rehabilitation part has been really good as well.

Stone County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has had families file complaints that triggered federal inspections, resulting in citations for care planning delays and safety hazards. The facility shows recurring issues with resident rights, care planning, and safety measures across multiple surveys from 2021 to 2025.
