Key Review Excerpts

The procedures and therapies employed were outstanding. Jose and Gabby are excellent PT and OT therapists, respectively.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

Nursing staff will answer a nurse call after 1-2 hours. Foley catheter opened and left unattended to for hours leading to a horrendous infection which ended admission back to the hospital.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I saw a nurse feeding my Mom's roommate there tonight, and that brought tears ( happy) tears to my eyes. Stanford Court is always very clean and smells good !

Stanford Court has concerning patterns of recurring violations across medication management, food safety, and infection control that persist across multiple surveys, indicating systemic care issues.
