What this means for your family

While some families report positive care experiences, the recurring, severe reports of pest infestations and poor sanitation are major red flags. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the resident rooms and common areas before making any decisions.

Key Review Excerpts

Thank you Miranda and Alicia for taking such good care of my Dad that has dementia. He was so distraught and having really bad anxiety before going to Springfield Nursing home. I got to have a visit with him and he seemed so much better and was so joyful.

Memory care family member · 2020★★★★★

My sister was beautifully taken care of by this team of dedicated and caring people. I cannot recommend this place high enough because of the professionalism and compassion of the staff.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

Filthy, disgusting, bed bug and mice infested place. You don’t want your loved ones here. When you have residents crying not to be put in bed because the mice crawl in it while they’re laying down, you know it should be shut down.
