Key Review Excerpts

My mother was brought to this facility for Rehab on a Saturday at 3:30 A.M. When I arrived at 8 a.m. she was on the edge of the bed. I was informed that there was no physical therapy on the weekends and no railing could be put on bed with them.

Rehab family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

My mother received horrible care at this facility. She was there for rehab after having a hip replacement. She fell twice and after the second fall she was taken to the hospital because she hit her head. My father was NOT notified!

Rehab family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

I choose to live there long term because the staff is welcoming especially Jessica the Social Worker and Ms. Dawn (cna) and the residence treat you like family. It is my home away from home.
