What this means for your family

Madison Pointe features a strong rehabilitation department that many families find effective for recovery. However, the facility has a pattern of serious complaints regarding nursing responsiveness and hygiene. We strongly recommend visiting in person during off-hours to observe staffing levels and asking for a detailed explanation of their communication protocols for family members.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy staff was wonderful and caring even though the facility was somewhat dirty. Bathroom was never cleaned and floor was washed only after I reported bugs.

Rehab patient · 2023☆☆☆☆

The aides are hard working and are overwhelmed, the food is horrible! My mother was sent there after surgery for a broken hip. One nurse came in on the weekend with blood in 3 different areas on his shirt, no gloves, no use of hand sanitizer.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

They overdosed me and REFUSED to take me to the emergency room! I wouldn’t bring a dead dog there!!!! Beware!
