What this means for your family

While the facility has a dedicated team of ambassadors and therapists who receive high praise, the recent surge in reports regarding poor sanitation and inconsistent medical care is concerning. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend visiting unannounced, specifically checking the cleanliness of the rooms and asking for a detailed plan on how they manage pain medication and staffing coverage during night shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff who take care of my mom are awesome ! Very clean facility !!

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★★★★

The LPNs can be rude and need more training and respectful manner towards patients especially to the patient and family of the dying. A couple of the LPNs were amazing but not all of them.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

I personally suffered the 2 nights I was there and I was lied to about the meds I was taking. I was in pain on the 2nd night I was there and wasn't able to sleep for 7 hours before I called emergency services to get me to a hospital to fix the problem they caused.

This facility has persistent concerns across multiple areas, with families filing two complaint-based reports including one as recent as December 2024. The most recurring problems involve medication management, fire safety systems, and resident assessment processes. Issues appear to continue across surveys rather than being fully resolved, with emergency power systems failing inspections repeatedly since 2022 and medication-related deficiencies appearing in every survey period, indicating ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
