What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with therapy and specific staff members, the recent surge in reports regarding hygiene, medication management, and neglect is highly concerning. We strongly advise you to conduct an unannounced visit during a weekend or evening shift to observe staffing levels and cleanliness firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff here are friendly and caring, everything is clean and smells nice! I highly recommend if you value quality care and good communication!

Family member · 2023★★★★★

Today I was disgusted to find feces on the floor of the bathroom and on the sheets, sheets with urine left on the floor, supplies left in a bag on the floor, window seals and floor dirty.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Once again mum is in the hospital from being overdosed at this facility. Can’t walk or talk or function but apparently that’s the goal. Poly Pharmacy is the Leading cause of death in nursing homes and this one has it perfected.
