What this means for your family

We strongly advise looking for alternative facilities, as there is a consistent and long-standing pattern of severe neglect, ignored call bells, and unprofessional management. If you must consider this facility, demand a tour of the specific unit, ask for current nurse-to-patient ratios, and inquire about their specific protocols for responding to call bells during night and weekend shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

I have no choice of food been left in urine and stool sometimes for hours call bells not answered and yes I have a watch to time them.

Rehab patient · 2020☆☆☆☆

The nurse manager should be fired she is rude and yells at patients, throws things at patients and yells at family members visiting their loved ones if they ask for something.

Family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

This is a horrible facility, from ignored call bells for sometimes hours, to being left in urine and feces with bed soars, to mean nurses and aides, management and social workers that will ignore your calls, twist your words and absolutely deny everything every time.

This facility has recurring issues with emergency preparedness systems, particularly backup power generators cited across all three surveys, alongside ongoing problems with accident prevention and resident safety. Families have filed complaints resulting in citations for resident rights violations and inadequate assistance with daily living activities. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated emergency system failures and safety concerns across multiple years suggests persistent operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
