“This facility is the worst of the worst... Signature is beyond nasty from the carpet that is in the rooms to the old mismatch furniture which is missing draws sticky glue mouse traps that are in the rooms mold and dirt on the walls.”
“The sixth floor was my only experience. It is the most filthy public facility I have seen throughout Brooklyn. The elevator floor was always sticky. The walls, doors of the rooms as well as the gathering space are bruised or broken. My relative residing there told me that roaches crawl up the walls above her bed at nights.”
