This facility has a highly regarded therapy team and many staff members who are deeply committed to resident care. However, there are recurring, serious reports of patient falls and safety lapses that have led to tragic outcomes. Key Review Excerpts

My father was a patient here for less than a year. In that time he had several UTI'S and him having dementia, it made it worse. If he acted out they would send him out for a psych eval only to find he had another UTI. He was let fall 4 or 5 times in one week.

Memory care family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

Our dad was at this facility a week ago this coming Monday...now he's dead🥺 why you ask? Because they let him fall and break his 1and 2 vertebrae in his neck...also hit the bed railing and gashd his head all the way to the bone

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

Since placing my mother here in September, I have witnessed firsthand how caring and intentional the nurses, CNA’s, Housekeepers, Maintenance and Office workers are. Everyone is kind and shows my mom individual care.
