What this means for your family

While some families report excellent rehabilitation outcomes and compassionate care, the recurring reports of theft and invasive room searches are significant red flags. We strongly recommend that families tour the facility and ask management specifically about their security protocols for personal belongings and how they handle resident grievances.

A family filed a complaint leading to findings about abuse prevention policies in 2025. The facility has recurring issues with resident assessment and care planning, medication management, and fire safety systems across multiple surveys from 2021-2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated problems in core care areas suggests ongoing quality control challenges that families should investigate further during visits.
