What this means for your family

Meadow Lanes offers an exceptionally active social calendar and a compassionate care team that many families highly value. However, given the serious reports regarding emergency communication and administrative conduct, we strongly advise you to ask for their specific protocols on medical emergencies and to request a meeting with the director to assess your personal rapport with them before committing.

Meadow Lanes Assisted Living receives overwhelming praise for its vibrant activities program and compassionate nursing staff, with many families noting that their loved ones feel engaged and well-cared for. However, there are significant, albeit less frequent, concerns regarding administrative communication, emergency response protocols, and potential disparities in care between the general assisted living and memory care units. Prospective families should weigh the facility's strong social atmosphere against these reports of inconsistent management and communication.

Key Review Excerpts

The activities department especially deserves recognition—they go above and beyond to keep residents engaged and bring joy into their daily lives.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

The reason I give a one star is that the director of the facility drags the review that low. Jessica is very condescending to not only residents but to their families.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

If you are in need of immediate medical help they do not give it. My mother would still be alive if she was not living there. Staff would not call or communicate with me in case of emergencies.
