Key Review Excerpts

My mother with ALZ was left unattended and unclean only hours being admitted. We were called from the manager 2 hours after returning home to say there was concern she could be injured as she was wondering confused.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

She was wheelchair bound, was left alone in a room for some amount of time, not belted into the chair and fell, hitting her head. The facility director told us the bills for her ems and ER visit that followed would be covered by the facility. Shockingly no one will call me back.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

My husband is a patient at Sandwich Rehab. We chose this place so I could visit as often as possible, I live next door. For the most part all staff are caring. Just know you have to be your love ones voice.
