What this means for your family

While Saint John's offers an exceptional lifestyle for independent residents with top-tier dining and activities, the facility faces serious allegations regarding care quality and safety in assisted living. If your loved one requires daily assistance, we strongly recommend requesting a tour of the assisted living wing specifically and asking for documentation on their staff-to-resident ratios and fall prevention protocols.

Key Review Excerpts

One thing I wish I'd known about St. John's before my mother moved in here is how badly they serve residents who need help with daily living tasks, especially those in assisted living or memory care. They massively overcharge for these services compared to other facilities and the quality is disappointing.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Staff do not exhibit safety and consistency with safety equipment, asked and signed for rails on bed and fall mat on Tues, grab bars did not get put on bed until Friday, pt fell Tuesday night when trying to get up during a fire drill at night!!

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

The daily activity programming has so much to offer to the entire community. My family is forever grateful for the dedicated and caring staff. I can't think of a better place for mom.
