What this means for your family

This facility has a highly regarded physical therapy team that has helped many patients recover, but the nursing and support staff consistency is a major concern. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a family member present frequently to advocate for your loved one's basic needs, as call light response times and communication are recurring issues.

Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT routine is based around real life situations you may encounter out side of the center which is helpful and realistic. My PT was a man named Paul who went above and beyond.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★

The staff is great I had a family member there that was treated and cared for. Great staff!!!!!

Family member · 2024★★★★★

My mom fell three times in 12 hours of her initial stay. I requested that a commode be placed at bedside and it never was, triggering her falls. She would press the call light, no one would come.
