What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its clean environment and effective rehabilitation therapy, making it a strong candidate for post-hospital recovery. However, given recent reports of staffing shortages affecting basic care and hygiene, we strongly recommend that families conduct a tour and ask specific questions about nurse-to-patient ratios and how the facility manages weekend transport and hygiene schedules.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurses, the cna's, and everyone work very hard to please every patient. The physical therapy was aces!! They really made the difference to help get my wife better & stronger to be able to come home.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★

The staff on unit 3 was nothing short of amazing starting from the unit manager Jillian, the nurses Stacey, Danté, Karen, Lisa, Chelsea , the CNAs Trey, Sherri, Rachel, Cynthia, Jeff, Cece, Sandra, the PT and OT staff Sue and Chris to name a few.

Family member · 2024★★★★★

Spent two weeks here. They did not schedule transport for follow up appointment with surgeon, I didn’t get my sheets changed, not did I get a shower. The food was inedible. Staff was nice and tried hard but are overworked.

Families have filed complaints about this facility, including issues with medication management and physician oversight that appeared in both 2025 complaint investigations. The facility shows recurring problems with medication management, care planning, and safety supervision across multiple surveys from 2021-2025. While most deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated medication errors and the recent complaint-triggered findings suggest ongoing quality concerns families should investigate thoroughly before deciding.
