Key Review Excerpts

The staff is awesome but the place needs updates on surroundings.

Family member · 2024★★★★★

The nursing staff and the Lna's that I have met, are very wonderful attentive! See the stuff they have to go through with some of the patients. But you only have one problem here your food sucks!!

Visitor/Family · 2025★★★★

My husband was there for rehab after dealing with 3 strokes. At the time of his admission to Rochester Manor he could not walk very well. When I questioned the head of the rehab unit he said quite rudely he didn't walk when he came in he won't be walking when he leaves.
